The market for Buy To Let property has slowed and because of this a more flexible policy is required particularly if a property is likely to be unoccupied for more that a week or so. Recent figures show a mixed picture of the buy-to-let rental market as, while demand for rental properties has continued, access to properties has become harder for would-be-landlords as mortgage products become harder to source.
