I was pleasantly surprised to get a renewal quote which was a little lower than last year. Many insurers seem to raise the premium and hope the client doesn't notice or is too busy to do anything about it.”

When I ask for another quote they don't keep me hanging on the phone but tell me they'll call back - and amazingly they do so promptly! Every single one has always been polite and efficient.
